Mr. Jack Baum - CEO of ZIOSK

Jack graduated from the University of Texas and started his first business before he was 21 years old. Since then, he has been involved with founding or investing in over 20 companies.

 

Jack’s early career was spent in the restaurant business which lasted 18 years and then pivoted in 1998 to technology and he has been involved in tech companies ever since. He is now the CEO of Ziosk. Ziosk is at the unusual intersection of both the restaurant industry and technology. Ziosk brings operational efficiencies to full-service restaurants and helps those restaurants with both revenue growth and profit improvements. Jack also taught an MBA class, as a side hustle, for 14 years. The class was titled “Evaluating Entrepreneurial Opportunities”.
